Joint Admission Exercise (JAE) Appeal Exercise 2025

The JAE Appeal Exercise is for students who have not been posted to Hwa Chong Institution through the JAE Posting Exercise.

Students who have accepted a Direct School Admission (DSA) offer from another institution are not eligible for this exercise.

To be considered for the JAE Appeal, students must meet the Net Aggregate L1R5 Cut-off Point for this year.

All applications will be given due consideration, subject to the availability of vacancies and the school’s admission criteria.

Application Period

4 February (Tuesday) 12.00 pm – 6 February (Thursday) 12.00 pm

Please prepare a single PDF document (of no larger than 128 MB) containing scanned copies of the following 4 supporting documents for uploading:

i) JAE verification slip (Form A)

ii) JAE Submission of Choice of Course

iii) GCE O-level examination results slip

iv) Sec 4 School Preliminary Examination result slip

v) Awards/scholarships (if any)

Please name your PDF document as <Applicant’s Name_Last 4 Characters of NRIC>. Example: AndrewTan_234B

Outcomes of Appeal

Successful applicants will be informed by call or SMS by 7 February (Friday) evening. Successful applicants who accept the offer must report to the College Reception on 10 February (Monday) 8.30 am.
