Arrangements for 2 – 6 Feb 2024 for C1 students

Welcome to our Hwa Chong family!

Please find the details on some information for 2 Feb and the schedule of the first few days of Orientation in the attached document.

A SMS will be sent from the school on 1 Feb afternoon to your handphone number that you provided to MOE in your school application to JC. It will include the log-in details to the HCI online platforms.

Therafter, your Orientation Group Leader (OGL) will communicate with you via your HCI Gmail Google Chat on 1 Feb in the late afternoon.

Please check the chat group prior to reporting to school on 2 Feb. See you on 2 Feb.
