Important Information

• Please complete the registration by 23 Dec 2025 (Tue), 5:00 pm.

• The form will take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.

• Students who entered Hwa Chong Institution via the Direct School Admission (DSA) route must also complete and submit the form by the same deadline.

Appeals

Students submitting an appeal to HCI are required to meet the school’s Cut-Off Points (COP). For this intake, the COP for HCI is 6(M). All appeal offers are subject to the availability of vacancies.
