Teachers' Day Celebrations 2024

Hwa Chong is filled with joy and gratitude as we celebrate our teachers. Our Teachers' Day celebrations started with our principal's inspirations of the many hopes and dreams our educators ignite.

At High School, the theme, "Our Teachers, Our Stars," saw our beloved teachers decked out in yellow, white, and sunglasses! Students hosted a lively Teachers’ Day concert followed by heartwarming class parties to show their appreciation.

Over at College, under the enchanting theme, "Once Upon a Classroom," our teachers made a grand entrance to a series of captivating performances by CCAs and student groups. The event featured an awards show and a special performance by our new teachers. Each class also took a moment to express their appreciation to their teachers in a touching tribute session.

A big thank you to our Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of Governors (BOG) for the delicious Teachers’ Day lunch at Chui Huay Lim Club, as well as the High School One PSG and College Parent Support Group for their unwavering support in the celebrations. Our gratitude also extends to both @hwachongalumniassociation and @alumni_hcjc for the thoughtful gifts!
