Hwa Chong Scouts Honoured with Chief Commissioner's Award

Recipients of Chief Commissioner’s Award 2022

Hwa Chong’s scouts secured a record-breaking total of 12 Chief Commissioner’s Awards (CCA) this year, a testament to the scouts’ commitment to excellence and service to others. Hwa Chong secured a total of 9 Chief Commissioner’s Awards in 2021. 

The Chief Commissioner’s Award is conferred to the most outstanding and distinctive scouts in recognition of their excellent performance, dedication and services. The recipients must engage in community services, be proficient in instructing other scouts while passing tests which include an exploration test, a first aid test and an interview conducted by the Scout Commissioner and various National Commissioners.
